Five months before our wedding, we decided to put all our belongings into storage and travel. We took off in nothing but carry-ons for London and have since knocked off over 120 countries together.
Now, three years later, our travel aspirations have grown. We’re now on a journey to 165 countries, visiting all 7 continents, drinking at all of the worlds top 100 bars, seeing the wonders of the world, and chasing all the Michelin stars in our path.
RECENT VISITS
Pictured: Walking through the town of Kirundu outside of Kisoro, we met up with school kids who were curious.
We spent almost 10 days in Uganda traveling around to 4 different parts of the country, doing things from gorilla trekking, rafting rapids on the Nile River, tracking chimpanzees, and taking a boat out to the swamps outside of Entebbe to see the elusive Shoebill.

Our stay at the Constance Prince was a relaxing one filled with days sipping on french white wine at the pool, and afternoons diving to see Mauritius’s finest underwater marvels.

We’ve taken several trips through the Carribean Islands, drinking all the mai thais, diving to see all the sea creatures and sea sculptures, doing our best to not scratch all the mosquito bites, and not get stir crazy.

The weather in the Faroe Islands can be tricky, and we had a mix of beautiful sunshine, as well as some light sprinkles. Our trip was cut short because of travel delays, but we made the most of it and drove around to at least 6 different islands. The city of Torshavn was unsuspectingly charming.

We had originally planned to spend more time in Greenland, but with the weather and plane instrument dependencies, our trip was cut short almost 2 days. Either way, we cranked out all the activities one could fit in an entire day, including paddle boarding past ice bergs, walking through the local towns and seeing the Inuit way of life, rib boat rides through pack ice, and having a BBQ on the shores of an abandoned coal mine.
200 airports later, 450k flight miles, 28 days spent in the air on a plane, and 106 different airlines around the world, reaching all 7 world wonders together - all within 3 years.

Our road trip through the Balkans had its ups and downs and we’re so grateful we had the chance to see all that this part of the world has to offer. We loved the big cities in the countries, but really fell in love with the countryside, hidden caves, small canyons, boutique lakes and smaller river-encircled towns in between.
As of March 2023, we’ve logged 24000 miles. That’s equivalent to 1 trip around the world. We’re only 3 months in!
When we first started traveling, we had only been to about 13 countries and only 2 continents. By now, we have been to all 7 continents and plan to revisit many of the countries, but on the next round get to the “deeper cuts”. We want to go where the city folks go to escape the city.
