Be a tourist and take a Hop On Hop Off Bus. You will see the entire city, then decide where you want to go back to later.
Walk around Buckingham Palace and Gardens
Take a spin on the London Eye (buy the premium ticket with champagne even if you don’t want to drink it. Far outweighs the line you’ll have to wait in if you don’t)
Get a mens haircut or trim at the Trumper
Peruse through Harrods. It is said that you can ask for anything inside and they will either have it or find it somewhere for you.
Walk by Westminster Abbey and Big
Learn (or refresh) a little history at the Winston Churchill War Room Museum
Walk around the Portobello Market and sample foods from all over the world. We ate pizza, elote, mediterranean food, and dessert
Walk to the London Tower Bridge, take pictures & walk across
See a popular show in their [music district]. We saw Hamilton
Go to a local concert. We went to Billy Strings
Go to Platform 9 3/4 with the other Harry Potter fanatics
Go to the [Museum with big library ]
Day Trip: Windsor Palace
Day Trip: Stonehenge
Overnight Trip: Heckfield Place - a surprising delight just 40 minutes outside of London. We stayed here for 5 days.
Walk around the property, visit the greenhouse, meet the milking cows and sheep, see a movie in their in-house theatre, work on a wooden puzzle in the reading room, have afternoon tea & cakes, eat their incredible farm to table hearth style food. The cuisine here was incredible.
Overnight Trip: Cliveden - another heavenly retreat where we stayed for a few nights
Walk around the historic property that Michael Jackson once tried to purchase, take a boat ride in the canals and cruise by some of the most incredible secondary homes of Englands wealthiest, walk along the canals and stop at a pub for a pint and a bite, make a reservation at Fat Duck (hailed as one of the best restaurants in the world)
Overnight Trip: Bath Priory House
While in Bath, walk around town, enjoy the historic site of the Roman Baths, drive through the Cotswolds
Eat/Drink
Have a wine tasting at the world famous Hedonism Wines
Drinks and bar snacks at The Connaught Bar (once the #1 bar in the world - and still holding strong)
Dinner at Guinea Grill for a traditional English style comfort and casual meal. Hailey was one of the only females inside - perhaps it’s a male dominated place
Lunch at Bibendum Michelin Building
Dinner at 3 Michelin Star restaurant: Sketch (mix your own champagne)
Ff you don’t want to eat here, go for drinks or get lost in any of their other 5 restaurants hidden inside the same building. It’s worth getting lost in, and the Sketch bathroom is insta-worthy.
