Our road trip through the Balkans had its ups and downs and we’re so grateful we had the chance to see all that this part of the world has to offer. We loved the big cities in the countries, but really fell in love with the countryside, hidden caves, small canyons, boutique lakes and smaller river-encircled towns in between.
Where we’re going
As of March 2023, we’ve logged 24000 miles. That’s equivalent to 1 trip around the world. We’re only 3 months in!
Where we’ve been
When we first started traveling, we had only been to about 13 countries and only 2 continents. By now, we have been to all 7 continents and plan to revisit many of the countries, but on the next round get to the “deeper cuts”. We want to go where the city folks go to escape the city.
